Modern work often assumes performance is a matter of motivation or skill. In reality, performance frequently depends on whether people can access clear thinking in the moment work is happening.
BQ provides a practical language for understanding that gap — and for designing work, leadership practices, and technology use that support sustained clarity rather than constant overload.
